# 2. Tạo danh sách email đầu tiên

**Danh sách email là gì?** là *tập hợp các địa chỉ email của khách hàng* hoặc người dùng mà bạn đã thu thập và tổ chức theo nhóm để gửi email marketing.

**Ví dụ:**

* *Danh sách khách hàng VIP*
* *Danh sách khách hàng mới đăng ký*
* *Danh sách khách hàng theo khu vực (Hà Nội, TP.HCM)*

**Mục đích:** Giúp bạn gửi email có mục tiêu cụ thể đến đúng nhóm đối tượng, thay vì gửi cho tất cả mọi người cùng lúc.

**BƯỚC 1: Thêm một danh sách mới**

* Chọn mục **"Danh sách email"** > Bấm nút **"Thêm một danh sách mới"**

* ***Cách 1: Thêm thủ công***
  * Bạn copy và paste địa chỉ email vào ô text bên trái
* ***Cách 2: Import từ file Excel/CSV***
  * Chuẩn bị file Excel/CSV với các cột tương ứng *(số lượng cột phải tương ứng số trường thông tin trong danh sách)*
  * Lưu file dưới định dạng CSV
  * Upload file lên SlimEmail
